Subscription Policy
- Your subscription will auto-renew at the end of each billing cycle ( Monthly / Yearly Plan ) until canceled.
- After your payment goes through, you'll get a confirmation email from stripe ( our payment processor ). This email includes both your invoice and receipt. It will be sent to the billing email you used during the Stripe checkout process, which might be different from the one you use to log in to LOOK AI. If you return to your Manage Subscription page, you should now see that your plan is active and ready to use.
Cancellations & Refunds Policy
- You can cancel your plan anytime, paid periods remain active.
- Cancel auto-renewal anytime before the next billing date to stop future charges.
- Refund Policy During Subscription Period (Monthly / Yearly Plan) :
Days 1-7 of subscription: Contact for a refund to receive a 100% full refund (no questions asked)
Days 8-14 of subscription: Contact for a refund to receive a 60% refund (no questions asked).
After 15+ days of subscription: No refunds will be issued, regardless of usage.
How To Manage Subscription
- Enter the LOOK AI desktop client → Click your profile ( upper right corner of the client ) → Manage subscription → Edit billing → Log in to Stripe → Manage your plan at any time :
